Back to School Flashin Show

Ry started the sixth grade this year.

Ave started the fourth grade. And they both really like their teachers this year. That is such a relief!

We had our annual back to school fashion show so the girls could try on their clothes and figure out what to wear on the first day. Ry was too cool to dance or pose so she stayed in her room and had her own private party I guess. Ave ended up getting mad at Jesse and I for laughing at her and cried in her room and Punky was just mad and crying so that night we were so loving being parents of FOUR daughters. Boys would be so much more fun sometimes! Okay maybe not but less moody.

Punky came in and asked Jesse if he was ready for the FLASHIN show, and he told her no way no flashin shows around here.
She also got some new glasses and looks so dang cute in them!

Happy Halloween Birthday

Of course Punky can't do things the 'normal' way! She wanted a Halloween Birthday party (in August), so no better day than Friday the 13th. We had lunch, ghost and jack o lantern cookies and went swimming. It was so much fun, I love my crazy, unique girl!

Happy 30th Birthday to ME!

For the big 3-0 Jesse and I went to Cedar Point. It was crazy and painful and super scary but so much fun!
I had to be tough and not think about the rides or else I would have wimped out. I ended up with bruised calves and only said no to 1 or 2 rides. It was a good day. I love my husband.

We made it home in time for cake and icecream with the punks. They gave me a card, earrings, bracelet and an ipod dock for the kitchen. I love these kids. I had a great Birthday and am really looking forward to the thirties.

Oh and Ry was here but is weird lately about being in pictures, she chooses to NOT be in them.

Whipps Ledges

We took the kids to check out the ledges before heading to the lake. We love the parks they have here, they are so awesome!

The kids loved climbing the rocks and exploring.
I taught them how to rub the sand stones together and told them about doing this in my back yard all growing up and filling jars full of colored sand pictures.

It was beautiful here. We had a blast and cant wait to go back.

Oh and I would not let Jesse and Aniston jump a crevice so she told me that when I die she will do fun stuff with her dad. My child wants me dead so she can have fun. Nice

Lovin the Cousins

We had tons of fun with my sister, her husband and their four kids this summer. We went to the Mapleton parade and carnival for the twenty fourth of July. It was hot. But we were in good company. So of course it was fun! We miss these guys already!

Baseball Game

My parents took us to a baseball game. Don't ask who played, or even the score because we were way too busy laughing and goofing off to pay attention to the field. I felt really sorry for the people behind us, luckily it was Jesse's uncle, aunt and cousins so I am sure they will forgive us!
Oh and also my brother and his wife came but I did not post any pics because my bro was pulling stupid faces in all of them. Not surprised really.

Colorado Weekend

For my B-day I was given the very awesome gift of a weekend getaway to Colorado to visit my husband. After being a single parent for six weeks it was the perfect gift!! Thank You in-laws!

We had a great time exploring Colorado, camping, shopping, eating and just hanging out.

Man, I LOVE this guy!

Birthday Girl

Punky celebrated her Birthday early so daddy could be there with her on her big day. So when her real Birthday came around Mom felt bad not being able to celebrate it. So Mom and Grandma took her to cold stone for some icecream. She loved the one on one time- and the yummy cake batter icecream with sprinkles!
