Chicago

The Doctor had a conference in Chicago this month so we pawned the girls off with friends, loaded up the car and the boy and left for a 6 hour drive, 3 day adventure. First of all I have to say I am so grateful to have good friends that help us out so we can do things like this. They are awesome- even when my six year old pukes, I know they are in good hands. Thanks Ladies! We did not really have plans, Jesse could kind of choose when he wanted to come and go. So we ate Chicao style pizza, slept in, went shopping, ate out, went to the dome, went to Navy Pier, visited my cousin, his wife and their little boy. Went on a few unnecessary train, bus and subway rides taking up ALL of our saturday, laughed at a drunk lady on train that loved our baby, went through the ghetto on foot-scarey, and found time to just relax and enjoy my boys!

Noah And Allison

We had such a good time with Noah and Allison! They are those cool aunt and uncles who are always playing with the kids, jumping on trampolines, and having just as much fun as the kiddos. We always wish they could stay longer! Love these two:)

Spring Break

For Spring Break we last minute left our 80 degree weather to a much colder Cleveland weather. Oh how we have missed our friends in Ohio!!! I talked my friend Randee into meeting us out there and we were able to celebrate Lauras Birthday with Pizza and cake. Stacia was nice enough to host this large crew at her place. I miss these girls

Easter Fun

We had an awesome Easter weekend. We had an egg hunt and barbecue with friends, including a pavlova eating contest- I wish I had one with the wives but somehow dont. It was fun!
I made these cute easter outfits for the girls with Milo a little matching tie- it was so cute:) I love these cute kids!

Blessing

While Jesse's parents were in town last month we blessed Milo. We were excited to have his parents come out to visit and meet the boy and be here for the big day! Our family pictures turned out well but did not get many great ones of Milo. Oops
After church we packed up the gang and headed out to the state park for a picnic, tadpole catching and hiking relaxing. It was an awesome day! We love having his parents come out! Oh- best part of the day was when Joss figured out soda makes her burp. We might just be posting that little clip for entertainment purposes, it's so funny!

A Teenager in the House

Ry had a Birthday last month, and she is finally a teenager. I really feel that she has been one her whole life, its just now official. She and I went out shopping ALL day long, ate at Red Robins, and had dessert with the other kids that evening. Jesse was in Utah, his grandpas funeral was that same day.
Rylee is such a book worm. She could read all day every day if I let her.
She is such a smart girl, she has been doing awesome in school, made the honor role and is glad to have the first year here almost behind her. She struggled a bit finding friends here but seems to be happier and slowly fitting in more. She is the Beehives President and does a great job using her bossy/leader skills, she really enjoys it.
She is such a good sister, she has been working so hard on being nicer to Ave and does so much to help with the younger girls. She loves her baby brother so much and does half the caring for him. She will bathe him, dress him, feed him, rock him, etc. She is going to be a really good mom someday.
Rylee loves to sing, she is always singing and has started piano lessons. She is a fast learner and is doing really well.
She has her whole life planned. Career, school, wedding, how many kids etc the only thing she has not planned she said is her husbands careeer. Oh boy, he is in for it!
She is one amazing girl, she is fun, she has the best laugh, she is sensitive, she is smart, she is so helpful. I cant imagine life without her. I cant wait to see what she does in life and I am so glad I get to be a part of it.
